Swansea Bay Campus - Academic & Student Residences

A state of the art beach front university campus developed over a 65 acre plot at an estimated cost of over £450m so far. The development of this extensive university is still underway with a further 1,500 bedrooms to add to the current 2,500 bedrooms already delivered and a further 20,000m2 of academic buildings in the pipeline. Student residences were first opened in 2015 in which DRHSS have played an integral part in delivering this development. DRHSS were also instrumental in establishing the campus's residential Facilities Management teams.

Swansea Bay Campus - The Great Hall

This 700 seat professional level auditorium sits at the heart of Swansea Bay Campus. It is truly a breathtaking venue boasting a confirmed internal noise criteria of 15dBA. DRHSS were responsible for overseeing this high grade fit-out from the completion of the design, commencement of the construction process, throughout all of the commissioning stages leading to a very successful handover.

St Andrews Park, Uxbridge

A beautiful residential development located in St Andrews Park – the former RAF Uxbridge site, and placed within the picturesque green spaces of Uxbridge near to the City of London. With M&E works in excess of £7m, DRHSS were responsible for the full M&E performance specification, as well as performing regular site inspections and witnessing of commissioning, ensuring a trouble free hand-over.
